Equinox's new Nashville location is seeking a Group Reformer Pilates Instructor. The position entails teaching a small group authentic Pilates on a Reformer, delivering the Equinox Experience to our members, and monitoring the exercise intensity throughout each session. You will work with a supportive team and have access to top-tier facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program.
• Valid Pilates certification(s) required.
• Experience teaching Pilates classes in a related discipline.
• Friendly, vibrant and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Teach small-group authentic Pilates on a Reformer adhering to class guidelines.
• Deliver the Equinox Experience to members in each class.
• Continuously monitor exercise intensity and modify for participants as needed.
• Ensure classes start and end on time and stay full.
• Communicate member feedback, equipment and operational status to the manager.
