Job summary

Equinox seeks a part-time Group Reformer Pilates Coordinator to manage the Group Pilates program and staff at Terminal Warehouse. The role involves coordinating classes, maintaining facilities, and delivering the Equinox experience to members.

The candidate should be a certified Pilates instructor with extensive apparatus training, capable of leading sessions and ensuring high participation while supporting other departments for a well-rounded member experience.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program completed.
• Minimum of 400 hours Pilates education required.
• Ability to provide valid Pilates certification(s) upon request.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to Equinox members and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
• Supervise Group Pilates staff and program operations.
• Ensure classes are full with high member participation.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate Group Pilates instructors.
• Monitor class intensity and ensure sessions start and end on time.
• Teach classes regularly and minimize substitutions.
• Coordinate 20–25 hours per week.
