Job summary

Equinox is seeking an energetic Group Reformer Pilates Coordinator to join our Boston club. This role will collaborate across departments to deliver a high-energy member experience, recruit and lead Pilates instructors, and ensure classes run smoothly with excellent service.

You should have comprehensive Pilates teacher training with 400+ hours, be capable of managing schedules, maintaining equipment, and delivering the Equinox Experience in every class.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates teacher training completed
• Certification on apparatus including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education completed
• Valid Pilates certifications must be provided

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure members have a well-rounded experience
• Provide excellent customer service to Equinox members and guests
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate Group Pilates instructors and classes
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
• Ensure group Pilates classes are full with high member participation
• Deliver the Equinox Experience in each class
• Adhere to class descriptions and adjust intensity as needed
• Monitor exercise intensity throughout classes
• Ensure classes start and end on time
