Job summary

Equinox's Sports Club Boston is seeking a Group Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fast-paced team. You will teach small-group reformer Pilates, deliver the Equinox Experience, and maintain class flow and quality with consistent scheduling.

Candidates must complete a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program with 400 hours, provide certification copies, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications

• Completed Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.
• 400 hours of Pilates education completed.
• Provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s).
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience teaching Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Teach a small group authentic Pilates on a Reformer adhering to class guidelines.
• Deliver the Equinox Experience to our members in each class.
• Monitor exercise intensity and adjust for participants as needed.
• Ensure classes run full and start/end on time.
• Teach classes regularly and minimize substitutions.
• Communicate member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing with management.
