Job summary

Volta is seeking a Group Program Manager, Technical Programs to own the portfolio of critical programs across our AI infrastructure platform. You will lead program managers and provide a single view of progress for major technical initiatives, coordinating hardware, networking, power, and cooling across multiple teams and time zones.

The role emphasizes executive-level communication, vendor management, and scalable program governance to drive reliable deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex data center infrastructure programs or large-scale GPU/AI cluster deployments.
• Experience bridging construction handover and cluster deployment.
• Hands-on GPU deployment: deployment and activation of GPU clusters (NVIDIA infra preferred).
• Full-stack deployment across compute, networking, storage, and security layers.
• Ability to read and operationalize technical customer and vendor specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPU cluster activations and data center infrastructure programs from planning to handoff.
• Drive multi-threaded bring-up programs across hardware, networking, power, and cooling with plans and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors and contractors across deployment lifecycle.
• Provide executive briefings on schedule health, risks, and decisions.
