Job summary

Hotmart is seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the evolution of its core platform extensibility, centered on our integration tools for creators. You'll shape how sophisticated creators interact with and build on the platform.

This role goes beyond endpoints to enable automation, deeper integration, and custom experiences that drive creator success and satisfaction, while collaborating with engineering and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management, API-first, MCP products, platforms, or developer tools.
• Strong track record in defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading Go-to-Market efforts for technical products.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to drive product decisions and measure impact.
• Solid understanding of growth metrics, user adoption, and retention strategies for platform products.
• Familiarity with modern API design principles, technical documentation best practices, and ecosystem development.
• Experience within the SaaS or Creator Economy space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and roadmap for platform extensibility and integrations.
• Identify and prioritize use cases for automation and integration with creators' tech stacks.
• Lead GTM for platform capabilities across creator segments.
• Grow a partner ecosystem with agencies and developers to build on our platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver robust, well‑documented API experiences.
