Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Group Product Manager for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform in New York City. You will lead a PM team, define strategy and roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering, Data and Design to balance growth, usability and partnerships.

You will report to a Director of Product and work in a hybrid model with three in-office days per week. The role includes base pay, equity grants and annual performance bonuses as part of the compensation.

• Providing recommendations to leadership for product enhancements and new product development.
• Developing operating models for new products in partnership with leadership.

About the role:

Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare. Lucie connects consumers and brokers to every major individual market plan and a curated menu of ancillary and supplemental products.We’re hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our PM team on the Lucie enrollment platform.This platform is the enrollment infrastructure that powers the broker, consumer, and employer experiences on Lucie. As a Group Product Manager you will lead EDE platform product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams whilemanaging a team of product managers. You'll prioritize the enrollment platform roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships.

You will report into a Director of Product.

Work Location:

This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $180,504.00 - $236,911.50 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
