Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Group Product Manager for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform in New York City. You will lead a PM team, define strategy and roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering, Data and Design to balance growth, usability and partnerships.

You will report to a Director of Product and work in a hybrid model with three in-office days per week. The role includes base pay, equity grants and annual performance bonuses as part of the compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data to identify opportunities, test theories and evaluate success.
• Experience as an end-to-end thinker.

Aufgaben

• Helping to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform.
• Partnering with stakeholders across Product, Design and Data to define strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product leadership to make resource trade-off decisions and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Providing recommendations to leadership for product enhancements and new product development.
• Developing operating models for new products in partnership with leadership.
• Mentoring and coaching a team of Product Managers.
