The Google Cloud High Performance Computing (HPC) team builds, launches, and lands accelerated computing infrastructure for supercomputing workloads on Google Cloud. We partner across Cloud and Google to deliver software, hardware, and solution stacks that empower customers to run complex workloads at scale.

As a Product Manager for HPC, Inbound, you will bridge customer requirements with engineering teams, delivering core capabilities, reference architectures, and blueprints for worldwide

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • Experience with HPC applications and architectures, workload managers (e.g., Slurm, LSF), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), or accelerator technologies (GPUs/TPUs).
  • Experience building and maintaining open-source repositories, reference architectures, or automation blueprints (e.g., Terraform, Toolkit).
  • Experience with artificial intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and build technical solutions, reference architectures, and cluster toolkit blueprints spanning multiple verticals.
  • Serve as the customer’s technical voice, capturing field requirements and engaging trends to shape core Google Cloud HPC service roadmaps via PRDs.
  • Lead advanced computing frontier initiatives, including TPUs for scientific workloads, agentic HPC, and quantum tech.
  • Identify, prioritize, and enable high-value independent software vendor (ISV) solutions tailored to key domains.
  • Develop and deliver deep-dive technical sales and Customer Engineering (CE) training programs, certifications, and badges.
