About the job:

The Google Cloud High Performance Computing (HPC) team builds, launches, and lands exceptional accelerated computing infrastructure and solutions for supercomputing workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We partner with core engineering teams across Cloud (including Compute, Storage, Networking, GKE) and broader Google (such as Core ML, Google Research, and Google DeepMind) to deliver exceptional software, hardware, and solution stacks.

The HPC Product Management team is the bridge between customer technical requirements and our engineering and solutions development teams. Our mission is to define, prioritize, and deliver the core technical solution capabilities, reference architectures, and blueprints that empower our customers to run complex, scale-out workloads seamlessly on Google Cloud.

As a Product Manager for High Performance Computing (HPC), Inbound, at Google Cloud, you will serve as a critical bridge between customer technical requirements and our engineering and solutions development teams. You will define, prioritize, and deliver the core technical solution capabilities, reference architectures, and blueprints that empower our worldwide customers to run complex, scale-out workloads seamlessly on Google Cloud. These workloads range from massive simulations used in design and manufacturing, molecular dynamics in life sciences, risk assessment and valuation in financial services, high-resolution analysis for weather and climate forecasting, seismic analysis for geophysics, and many more.

You will directly influence core Google Cloud services (compute, networking, storage, orchestration) to optimize them for advanced computing workloads across industry verticals, while driving innovation in future technologies like TPUs for accelerated computing, converged AI/HPC solutions, and quantum computing.
