Glance is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the U.S. Growth Team from our San Mateo, CA office.

This role forwards a non-traditional PM path, owning and shaping the growth roadmap, prototyping ideas, pitching a compelling vision, and driving rapid, orbit-shifting outcomes across devices, DAU, and revenue on a global scale. Qualifications

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Hands-on vibe coding or AI-assisted development experience.
• Strong analytics: funnel, retention, growth diagnostics.
• Ability to design high-fidelity mocks for external pitches.
• Experience working cross-functionally across product, design, analytics, GTM, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Own growth end-to-end across devices, DAU, and revenue.
• Prototype ideas and pitch vision to stakeholders.
• Design high-fidelity mocks for OEMs/Telcos pitches.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities with Android/system layers.
• Analyze activation, engagement, and retention data to drive changes.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and secure commitments.
• Drive AI agent adoption across the platform.
