Our Integrity, Payments Fraud and Trust & Safety Product team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and trusted experience for all customers across our platform, including Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers. We tackle complex challenges, from preventing payment fraud to ensuring authenticity and preventing ATO, to building regulatory compliance capabilities, all while balancing risk mitigation and providing a seamless user experience.
As the Group Product Manager for Fraud you will lead a team of ~5 PMs spanning fraud initiatives, including Payments Fraud, Credit & Refunds abuse, and fraudulent misuse of the DoorDash ecosystem. Your work will help reduce financial risk, enhance KYC efforts, and ensure a healthy ecosystem of Consumers, Merchants and Dashers across diverse and growing global markets. This role is an opportunity to drive innovation in fraud prevention, machine learning-driven risk assessment, and customer trust.
Your success will be measured by key metrics such as payment fraud minimization, chargeback and dispute rates, Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, and critical measures of health/integrity of the ecosystem . In this role, you will tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems, working closely with engineering, analytics, and business leaders to develop scalable solutions.
You will report into the Director of Trust & Safety and Integrity within the Customer Support Experience and Fraud organization.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
