Job summary

First American is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Sequoia Expansion portfolio, driving AI-enabled title production across regions. This player-coach role balances portfolio ownership with people leadership, directing multiple initiatives, investments, and capacity while growing Product Managers and Business Analysts.

You will help translate underwriting standards and operational needs into scalable, compliant capabilities, increasing order volume and product range with quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or technology product management experience.
• Experience managing and developing Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Strong data fluency and evidence-based decision making.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for the Sequoia Expansion portfolio.
• Manage and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Lead as a player-coach on complex or high-risk work.
• Partner with Engineering, Underwriting, Operations, Data Science, PMO.
• Build scalable expansion models turning regional rules into production-ready capabilities.
• Use data to identify opportunities, estimate impact, and measure post-launch results.
• Set portfolio goals, launch readiness criteria, and visibility into progress.
• Represent the portfolio in planning, staffing, and prioritization discussions.
• Raise the product management bar with outcomes-focused planning and artifacts.
