Job summary

Onebrief is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead and develop PMs across Onebrief and AtomEngine. You will shape product direction, turn customer insight into clear priorities, and build a team that makes strong decisions independently.

Your impact will come through the people you develop and the products they build. You will coach experienced PMs, improve decisions across product areas, and work with Engineering and Design to turn ambitious ideas into useful, dependable software.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing product managers and developing experienced PMs.
• Strong track record shaping and delivering complex software products.
• Good product judgment across discovery, strategy, prioritization, and evaluation after launch.
• Technical fluency that earns trust of Engineering and enables thoughtful tradeoffs with Design.
• Experience leading across multiple teams and communicating decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong product leaders by setting expectations, coaching through live work, and supporting hiring and growth.
• Shape coherent product direction by connecting company priorities with customer needs across product areas.
• Deepen customer understanding by working with users, domain experts, and field teams to understand workflows.
• Advance product management with AI agents by testing new discovery and development approaches and guiding PMs.
• Raise product quality by challenging assumptions and balancing experimentation with customer trust in the software.
• Build commitment across teams by clarifying ownership and managing dependencies with leadership input.
• Follow through on outcomes by defining success, learning from adoption and feedback, and adjusting approach as needed.
