Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, technology, or related field.

• Experience leading multiple product categories or a broad portfolio.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers and scaling a PM function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function across multiple product categories.
• Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Define clear roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and company priorities.
• Establish consistent product management practices, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with leadership to grow the Product Management function and team.
