Job summary

Chefman & CHEF iQ is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Product Management function across multiple product categories. You will oversee portfolio strategy, manage a team of Product Managers, and ensure strong, consistent practices across the organization.

You will partner with product development, marketing, creative, culinary, sales, and leadership to align priorities, resolve cross-functional roadblocks, and drive products from concept through launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple product categories in consumer electronics.
• Strong strategic and organizational skills for multitasking.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and scale a PM function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function and oversee portfolio strategy across multiple product categories.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Ensure clear, well-researched roadmaps aligned with company priorities.
• Establish consistent product management practices and KPI tracking.
• Serve as escalation point for cross-functional roadblocks.
• Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive launches.
• Present portfolio roadmaps, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
