Job summary

Club Pilates in Charlotte, NC is seeking highly motivated instructors to teach our reformer-based Pilates program. The role includes leading group reformer classes, private and semi-private sessions up to 12 clients, and maintaining a safe, engaging studio environment.

Candidates should hold a 450-hour Pilates certification, be comfortable with Balanced Body equipment, and be ready to contribute to studio culture.

Qualifications

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to teach private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients.
• Focus on safety and equipment checks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with club management software or ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes in alignment with the Club Pilates method.
• Teach private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients.
• Ensure safety by following level requirements and checking equipment before, during, and after class.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and motivational work environment.
• Learn and use club management software (e.g., Club Ready).
• Provide excellent customer service and support studio operations.
