Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a Group Party Supervisor to oversee birthdays, company events, and other park functions. You will supervise party hosts, assist the Party Manager, handle payments, and resolve issues during events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
• Assist the host staff with cleaning party areas, delivering food, setting up banquet spaces, and day-of duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with assistance from the operations team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during the event.
