This job is responsible for managing one or more major operations segments for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems related to product lines, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying opportunities to improve process performance and operating efficiency. Job expectations include supervising day-to-day activities of employees such as executing transactions.

Manages Retail Loan Check Processing. Manages 10+ direct reports and an organization of ~80 employees. Functions managed have high monetary exposure and risk involving the processing of large dollar payments and regulatory restrictions. Requires a working knowledge of end-to-end processes since decisions have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations and product lines. Resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes across lines of business and operations segments. Requires interaction with other lines of business to provide strategic direction and problem resolution. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex problems related to risk, continuity, production, performance, and complaints. Effectively manages single Process Inventory to include oversight of controls, metrics, and process efficiencies. Responsible for budget and expense management. Ensures proper communication and compliance of company and regulatory policies affecting areas managed. Leads efforts to drive employee engagement and build a culture of inclusion. Ensures proper risk discipline, controls and culture are in place to identify and escalate issues. Assesses talent and builds bench strength for roles across the organization. Drives business outcomes by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating.
