Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, client alignment, and adherence to Terracon policies.

You will supervise staff, help prepare proposals and budgets, plan staffing, and drive business development while maintaining safety and quality.

The role collaborates with clients and leadership to grow relationships and maximize profitability. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5 years’ practice experience or 9 years’ related experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading projects and supervising teams in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to client requirements and Terracon standards.
• Supervise or monitor daily department operations, including staff training, development, performance reviews, equipment utilization, safety oversight, and deliverables.
• Plan and participate in business development activities to identify, develop, win, and execute project opportunities and maintain client relationships.
