Concentrix in the United States seeks a dynamic Group Manager of Software Engineering to lead Generative AI product teams. You will steer backend, frontend, and QA efforts, shaping architecture and delivering cutting-edge AI-enabled software solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in senior engineering leadership, expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and cloud platforms, plus a track record of building high-performing teams and coordinating with DevOps and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a senior engineering manager leading frontend, backend, and QA engineering teams.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Experience with Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of OOP and FP design principles.
• Strong AWS and Azure cloud skills for web apps.
• Experience with RESTful API design, security best practices.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Leadership and people management track record.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
