TechDigital Group, based in New York, seeks a senior AI/ML-focused software engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions at scale. You will work on AI agents, multi-agent systems, and advanced RAG architectures within enterprise-grade platforms.

The role requires deep experience in Python, Vector Databases, LLM integration, and observability; you will mentor teams and deliver production-grade AI systems for complex business needs.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML.
• Proven experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with advanced RAG architectures, AI agents, multi-agent systems, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor engineering teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale AI initiatives from concept through production deployment.
