Job summary

You will lead AI platforms, frontend experiences, AWS cloud work, and quality engineering with a focus on responsible AI.

You will manage staff in a hybrid setting, collaborate with onshore and offshore partners, and shape product strategy while delivering rapid experimentation at production scale.

Qualifications

• Prospective candidate will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across AI, frontend, cloud and quality engineering.
• Experience partnering with distributed teams and driving organizational impact with governance and security.
• Proven track record delivering GenAI-powered enterprise products at scale.

Responsibilities

• People/organizational leadership with clear ownership and succession planning.
• Translate customer needs into roadmaps, staffing plans, milestones, and releases.
• Enable rapid agile execution with risk management and transparent reporting.
• Prototype fast, then productize secure, production-ready features.
• Define technical direction for architecture, quality, and responsible AI.
• Ensure security, reliability, and observability across platforms.
• Align stakeholders across onshore/offshore teams and drive end-to-end accountability.
• Balance engineering investment with customer value and platform reuse.
