Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global IT Software Engineer Senior Manager to drive GenAI tool development, deployment, and optimization. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software that aligns with business goals and tech strategy.

The role demands 10+ years in software/IT, strong frontend/backend skills (React, Python, Java, TS), and experience with cloud infra (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 10+ years in software development or IT operations with increasing responsibility.
• Proven AI-driven applications and SaaS solutions experience.
• Strong frontend and backend proficiency (React, Python, Java, Typescript).
• Cloud tech and infrastructure as code (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of GenAI applications and IT tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tribe Leaders to align tech with business needs.
• Administer and configure AI-powered SaaS tools for secure deployment.
• Identify enhancements to enterprise AI tools for efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Support POC projects to validate innovative technologies.
• Continuously assess and optimize software architecture for scalability.
• Document designs, processes, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on LLMs, APIs, and cloud trends to drive outcomes.
