Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in shared platforms, developer infra, or design systems.
• Strong architecture, API design, and platform reliability knowledge.
• Experience leading multi-team initiatives with cross-organizational dependencies.
• Proficiency with web/mobile tech: React, TypeScript, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, CI/CD.
• Applied AI fluency in generative AI, agentic systems, or MCP-based tooling.
• Experience with self-service developer tooling, including code generation and migrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, treating developers as customers.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and develop engineering teams across web, mobile, platform infra, and AI tooling.
• Partner with product/design/architecture to define roadmaps and manage dependencies across teams.
• Drive scalable foundations, versioning, release safety, and independent dependencies.
• Champion AI-native, self-service development through tooling and pipelines.
• Scale governance via tokens, themes, automated policy enforcement, and migration tooling.
• Drive platform health through reliability, observability, incident handling, and performance metrics.
• Foster engineering culture focused on technical excellence, customer empathy, and accountability.
