Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Huntsville office. As the Group Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary projects, assembling teams, managing budgets, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes client relationships and staff growth within a growing national engineering practice.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical concentration required.
• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience stated.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience.

• MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with a concentration in geotechnical engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
