Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in Ridgeland, MS, seeks an experienced engineering leader to serve as Group Manager, overseeing engineering projects, staff, and day-to-day operations for the Ridgeland branch.

You will assemble project teams, manage budgets and schedules, pursue new business through client relationships, and ensure safety and quality across geotechnical and construction materials projects.

The role requires ABET BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus; MS and PE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.
