Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage our Canton office and serve as Group Manager overseeing projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the Canton branch.

You will lead multidisciplinary geotechnical and construction materials projects, assemble teams, manage budgets, and drive client relationships while promoting safety and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
