Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a senior Lean leader to partner with operations and drive global lean strategy. You will coach executives, support kaizen events, and sustain standard operating procedures across sites.

Be the business partner to operations leadership, advancing speed, delivery, quality, and productivity while evolving the Wabtec Management System and lean standards. This role leads a diverse team of Value Stream Coaches across multiple sites.

• Evolve the Wabtec Management System and company lean standards.
• Be a business partner to operations leadership and drive lean strategy and global metrics.
• Coach executives, support kaizen workouts, and sustain standard operating procedures.

Job description

• Report to the CVP of Continuous Improvement and matrix into the Rail Power VP of Operations.
• Work with operations teams and local lean leaders to develop lean capabilities.
