Job summary

ToyotaboshokuAmerica is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor who will direct Team Leaders and Team Members in an assigned manufacturing area (assembly, stamping, or related processes) to execute the group’s responsibilities and achieve production goals. You will act as an operational unit leader, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to company standards.

This role requires coordinating with shift leads, scheduling work, addressing process issues, and enforcing continuous improvement kaizen
