Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in the United States seeks a Maintenance & Service Manager to implement repair standards, plan tool service activities, and optimize technical infrastructure.

You will define policies, manage budgets, and coordinate with suppliers to meet service levels. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering, or equivalent combined with 5–10 years of experience and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field is required.
• High School diploma with Journeyman certification or an Associates degree is acceptable as an alternative.
• 5 to 10 years experience preferred; applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance and repair standards and processes, plan, direct and coordinate all tool service activities for the assigned organizational unit, including administration and logistics workflow.
• Define or implement policies, guidelines, processes, procedures, methods and/or tools for own area of responsibility.
• Plan and propose repair budgets and define and allocate respective resources.
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with tool suppliers or service providers and monitor the achievement of agreed service levels.
• Initiate and design training programs for repair personnel.
