Schaeffler Transmission Systems, LLC in Wooster, OH, is seeking a qualified maintenance and repair operations professional to lead tool service activities and improve processes. You will define policies, plan budgets, and coordinate resources to sustain technical infrastructure and service levels.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering-related Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5–10 years of experience, and must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
• High School diploma and Journeyman certification or Associates degree.
• 5 to 10 years experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Implement maintenance and repair standards and processes, plan, direct and coordinate all tool service activities, for the assigned organizational unit, including management of related administration and logistic workflow.
• Define or implement policies, guidelines, processes, procedures, methods and/or tools for own area of responsibility.
• Plan and propose repair budgets and define and allocate respective resources.
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with tool suppliers or service providers and monitor the achievement of agreed service level standards.
• Initiate and design training programs for repair personnel.
