Job summary

Metropolitan Ministries Inc. is seeking a part-time CREATE program coordinator to provide a safe, engaging environment for children and support site administration in Tampa. You will plan daily activities, supervise volunteers, and maintain records while upholding the nonprofit's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience with children preferred.
• Heart for ministry and comfort working with poor and homeless families.
• Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, enriching environment for children in the CREATE program.
• Assist site manager with administrative tasks and supplies ordering.
• Organize and supervise volunteers and activities.
• Supervise groups, maintain attendance and lesson plans.
• Communicate with supervisor about any child concerns.
• Maintain safe, clean environment; meet KPI targets.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; perform other duties.
