Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time After School Group Lead Instructor in Newport-Mesa, CA. You will guide a group of students after school, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a sense of belonging in a dynamic program.

The role requires 48 college credits or a paraeducator exam, being 18+, CPR/First Aid certification, and flexible scheduling. Compensation includes $19 per hour and a $300 hiring bonus, with health benefits and other staff perks.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

Part-Time After School Group Lead Instructor- Newport-Mesa, CA

Pay: $19 per hour

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Group Lead Instructor, you will inspire, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community and warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Location(s): Kaiser Elementary; 2130 Santa Ana Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92627

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM

Wednesday from 1:30-6:00 PM
