What Drives Success

• Monitors, guides, and works with team to meet production targets.
• Ensures that work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals.
• Instructs and trains new team members.
• Monitors parts and materials within the department and expedites when needed to ensure necessary supply.
• Provides leadership in applying lean manufacturing and safety best practices.
• Applies IT solutions as needed for tracking, monitoring, and documenting.

What We Are Looking For

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires 1-3 years related experience.
• Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Able to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly.
• Reads and interprets specifications and assembly schematics.
• Basic ability to effectively coach and influence others while socializing/reinforcing the appropriate functional/operational direction.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Displays sound judgment and leadership.
• Working knowledge of IT solutions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

What We Offer

Compensation

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $30.50/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
