Job summary

Slate Auto LLC seeks a Group Leader for Facilities and Maintenance on the Crew E Shift to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of our manufacturing facility. You will lead the facilities and maintenance team, develop preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate with production and engineering, and ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across building systems.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in manufacturing

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary

Base Pay Range (Annual): 108,877.00 - 163,316.00 USD.
