The Group Leader is responsible for coordinating production, managing team members, promoting safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, along with technical expertise in the specific work area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Promoting safety as the top priority and conducting safety meetings.
2. Building strong relationships, encouraging teamwork, and effective communication.
3. Addressing issues proactively, especially related to safety and quality.
4. Supporting continuous Lean activities and implementing improvements.
5. Scheduling daily work and directing team members to meet safety, production, and quality goals.
6. Applying technical knowledge to assist with production needs, including equipment setup and troubleshooting.
7. Supporting performance management, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
8. Regularly communicating team performance and concerns to management.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret work-related documents and ensure compliance with policies.
• Strong communication skills and basic PC skills, including MS Office.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience in developing and training team members is preferred.
• A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
