Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA seeks a Part-time Group Leader to provide before and after school care for children in the School Age Program. The role includes supervising children, following curricula, and coaching youth, with a 1:13 staff-to-child ratio.
The ideal candidate is at least 18 with relevant education or experience; bilingual skills and prior school-age program experience are preferred. This role offers meaningful social impact and opportunities within CTI.
Pay Range $19.09 - $19.09 per hour

The Assistant Group Leader will be responsible for providing before school and after school care for children in CTI's School Age Program. They will receive staffing assignments regarding daily curriculum, provide supervision to children in 1:13 ratio, and act as a coach to the youth enrolled.
The duties listed above are representative of the work performed. Other related duties may be assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a desire to work with youth and meet one of the following: Have a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree and 3 months experience working with school age children; or Have a high school diploma or equivalent; and have 6 months experience including 3 months supervised experience at a school age child care program; or Have nine months experience with school age children including three months supervised experience at a school age child care program.
