• Expertise in separations, drying, and powder handling.
• Strong leadership and senior-level stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the process engineering project portfolio across pilot, scale-up, and capital projects.
• Translate priorities into an integrated engineering roadmap with milestones and budgets.
• Manage resources and balance near-term delivery with long-term innovation.
• Lead R&D-to-plant transfer and technology commercialization.
• Establish KPIs and governance, ensuring quality and safety.
