Scotts Miracle-Gro in Marysville, OH is seeking a Group Lead for MDCApply to oversee shipping schedules, coordinate distribution teams and ensure packaging uptime.

The role utilizes SAP to monitor inventory and quality, troubleshoot issues, and prepare critical paperwork such as orders and BOLs. The position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and health coverage, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer shipping schedule is obtained and review the shifts and lend help as needed.
• Direct our distribution associates to ensure inventory accuracy and packaging uptime.
• Utilize SAP to monitor inventory and quality; make adjustments when required.
• Troubleshoots problems and helps Associates when issues arise and acts as a liaison with the Shift Supervisor and other warehouse teams.
• Monitor's data within SAP and works with the Warehouse Team to make adjustments; report inbound material shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepares all necessary paperwork related to creating orders, picking tickets, master BOL, supply and demand reports and return to vendor orders.
• Train and develop associates in surge and loading procedures as well as customer specific requirements.
