Andrews Laser Works in Wilder, KY is seeking a Group Lead for the Finishing department. The role directs and guides the finishing team, prioritizes work, and communicates priorities to the supervisor daily.

The Group Lead, in addition to performing normal duties in their job classifications, takes a leadership role guiding and directing work to a team of an assigned work area. Daily and weekly instruction and priorities are established and communicated by direct supervisor.
