Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the Finishing department.
• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and distribute work in group by order schedule.
• Coordinate workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Report status of jobs to Supervisor at least daily.
• Effectively utilize personnel skillsets in finishing to complete work efficiently.
• Serve as pro-active employee support to team members, ensuring PPE, tooling, and work instructions are available.
• Ensure all 6S initiatives are understood and completed by all Finishing Employees.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision; lead duties should not exceed 20% of time.
• Occasional travel required for training.
