Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in residential services preferred.
• Supervising experience is required.
• Connecticut state driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents at the group home, ensuring care, safety and happiness.
• Directly train and supervise all house staff to meet residents' needs and trainings.
• Collaborate with the Director of Residential Services, nurse consultants, DDS case managers, and families to implement individual plans.
