Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field for ICF/DDS programs.
• 5+ years of progressive human services experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential homes to ensure exceptional care and resident success.
• Lead Residential Supervisors, Program Counselors, and Direct Support Professionals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain compliance with DDS, ICF, CARF, and agency standards.
• Coordinate person-centered services and quality assurance reviews.
• Manage program budgets and household finances; on-call rotation participation.
