Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Group Home Program Supervisor in Long Valley, NJ. This full-time role oversees staff and supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on ISP implementation, scheduling, and transportation coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and assist with staff hiring, training, scheduling and supervision.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meals, medications and personal care.
• Split duties between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Accompany individuals on outings or provide transportation to work and activities.
