Program Coordinator, Group Home

$23/hr

Full-time (Tues-Sat 3-11pm)

Are you experienced in providing direct care and looking to advance your career? As a Direct Support Program Coordinator, you'll impact individuals by developing and implementing treatment plans.

• Assist in accessing medical and health-related services for our clients
• Assess referred individuals and develop service plans with treatment teams and funding sources
• Implement and review programs and behavior intervention plans
• Support Mentors and staff with guidance on working with individuals
• Help manage and oversee staff under supervision
• Provide leadership in the absence of management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Services
• At least three years of related experience
• Valid driver's license, good standing, and insurance if driving
• Reliable, responsible, compassionate, and committed to quality
