Job summary

Hands Of Heartland Inc in Omaha, NE is seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee and direct operations of multiple group homes. You will hire, train, schedule staff, implement program plans, and coordinate appointments for those we support.

The position requires open availability for Day and Evening hours. You will ensure services meet ISP goals, maintain a safe, respectful environment, and train staff in compassionate, therapeutic interaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• One year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass registry and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of multiple group homes.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff, implement program plans.
• Coordinate appointments and activities for the individuals we support.
• Ensure individuals' rights are protected and they are treated with dignity and respect.
• Complete and maintain timely, accurate documentation and logs.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and fill shifts when necessary.
