Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• One year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass registry and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of the day center location and intermittent services.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; implement program plans; coordinate appointments and activities for individuals supported.
• Ensure services address the wants and needs of people with developmental disabilities as outlined in ISP.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and support community integration through meaningful activities.
