United Counseling Service in Vermont seeks a Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, coordinate client services, manage household needs, and ensure licensing compliance across facilities. You will supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and prepare reports, while supporting direct care, ADLs, medication administration, community outings, and ISA coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Microsoft Outlook proficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and staff supervision.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Provide supervision and training through meetings and role modeling.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and licensing compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and direct service as needed.
