Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Group Home Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for the Seneca Road Group Home in Sharpsville, PA. Roles are available as full-time and part-time positions, with compensation of $18.00–$23.00 per hour.

DSPs provide essential support in a group home setting, helping individuals with I/DD live safely and with dignity. Training is provided; experience preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license and active car insurance are needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Not required — paid training provided
• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently and as part of a team within the group home environment
